"It was a daunting task going through all the superb shots in the pool,but as soon as i saw this shot again i realised it had to be my choice,mainly because it never fails to bring a smile to my face.
I love the b/w treatment to this shot.The up close and personal feel to the work conveys a strong bond or connection to the child,who is deep in concentration producing her Masterpiece.
The way she grips the large paintbrush whilst showing pleasure and pride in her work is charming"
